The spa services provided a much-needed relaxation after our busy days.

I was extremely frustrated with the breakfast situation. The cramped dining area made it nearly impossible to find a seat during peak hours. The food options were limited and not very appetizing, which was disappointing considering the hotel's reputation.

Spacious room with a balcony and great views. Freshly made omelets and pancakes available at breakfast were a highlight.

Air conditioning had a 180-minute timer that reset in the middle of the night, making for an uncomfortable awakening. The breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours, limiting table availability and causing some of the food to sit too long.

ragged towels

the breakfast area was in a cramped basement, which was delightful, but far too crowded, and the towels I received resembled rags. I almost gave a good review until I realized they didn’t even offer me an upgrade or an apology for the inconvenience. the irony of staying in a supposed luxury hotel was definitely amusing.

My stay at Hanoi Calista Hotel & Spa was wonderful! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, particularly Amanda, who coordinated our Halong Bay cruise and ensured we felt at home. The breakfast had a delightful spread, with fresh fruits and delicious pho.
